Many different things bring a person to therapy.

You may feel like you have been struggling for a long time and are ready for a change. You may feel that there must be a way to experience life that offers more inner freedom and comfort with your self. You may have gone through a major life transition or loss, or feeling a lot of confusion about your next steps to take.
There is no right or wrong reason to come to therapy. If you feel like you are ready to live from a more contented and connected place within yourself, then you are are ready to try making some changes in how you relate to yourself and to life. You are ready for therapy.
